Vulcanization is the one important phase in rubber thread making process. Where, the
purpose vulcanization is to make the rubber thread become more elastic with using
certain temperature, where the vulcanization temperature will influence one of
physical properties namely Schwartz value or the resilience of rubber thread. If the
temperature that used is too high (>140o
C), so the value of Schwartz value is the same
too, so that the rubber thread will be stiff (not elastic). And if the temperature is too
low (<120o
C), so the Schwartz value is the same too, so that the rubber thread will be
decayed and easy to break.
