Production of rubber is more supporting by there are plantations of people rubber will being having a mean very important in the strive improvement earnings farmers and farmers prosperity and also strive the make-up of foreign exchange and also Indonesia of economics generally.

The cultivation of rubber in North Sumatra will be more expanding in the future when is supporting by the price rubber that can improving farmer earnings and also high market request.

Go together the development of cultivation rubber crop in region of North Sumatra hence the writer will conduct to study about function produce the natural rubber its bearing with the regional development in North Sumatra. This Research is focused at influence of market request, rubber price and also labour to wide of farm and produce the rubber. This Research subject is the overall of rubber plantation in North Sumatra. This Research object is wide farm and produce the rubber of North Sumatra as indicator of development rubber plantation in North Sumatra. Examination of research Hypothesizing use the statistical analysis method by regression duplicate.

The result test regression show requesting the natural rubber, price and labours having an affect on manifestly to large area plantation of rubber in North Sumatra, where is variable requesting market have mount the biggest influence.

Paying attention to market influence to regional development in North Sumatra, hence is suggested (a) require to be made by some policy government of Province North Sumatra and also organizer of commerce natural rubber to increase respon and farmer ability in developing rubber plantation, through gift of capital employed and also arrangement of system commerce of natural rubber giving advantage for farmer, (b) require to be strived by a policy which is concerning industrial development of product natural rubber generation.
