dc.description.abstractWater content contained in palm kernel is one of the determinants of quality of palm kernel oil (PKO). Determination of water content in palm kernel oil (PKO) found on PT. Multimas Nabati Asahan contained in northern Sumatra is an absolute done. Water content in palm kernel oil (PKO) must meet national standards that range from 7-8%. To determine water content in palm kernel oil is heating to temprature variations so that the water content in palm kernel oil (PKO) in a accordance with national standards. In this case obtained the optimum of 80o C for water content are fulfilled only up 7-8%.en_US
