    Oksidasi Glukosa dengan Molekul Oksigen Menggunakan Katalis Paladium (II) Klorida, Tembaga (II) Klorida dan Asam Formiat dalam Pelarut Aseton

    Abstract
    Glucose has been oxidized by molecular oxygen in acetone catalyzed by palladium (II) chloride, copper (II) chloride and formic acid to produce glucaric acid in 52 % yield. The obtained glucaric acid can be reacted with sodium hydroxide to from disodium glucarate with a melting point of 210°C. The glucaric acid was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopies and disodium glucarate with FTIR spektroscopy.
