dc.description.abstractThe determination of free fatty acid content from Crude Palm Oil (CPO) produced by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara and private company sent to PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Unit-Belawan Medan, One of parameters to know the quality quality of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Is the free fatty acid (ALB) content, performed by volumetric method by using 0.1 N KOH as its peniter, phenolpthalein as indicator and mixture of n-hexane and ethanol as solvent. The results show that free fatty acid content is 2.33% - 3.23%. Then it can be concluded that the results obtained have met the standard of export quality standard of admission and standard of acceptance quality standards Crude Palm Oil (CPO) At PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara Unit-Belawan Medan.en_US
