dc.description.abstractThe influence of long time unripe fruit to free fatty acid (FFA) contents in crude palm oil (CPO) in PTPN III Rambutan Tebing Tinggi by measuring free fatty acid contents with the acid-base titration method (neutralization) based on long time unripe fruit in five days. The result of analysis of free fatty acid obtained for ALB increased, for first day = 1,5%, second day = 2,4%, third day = 3,1%, fourth day = 4,3%, and fifth day = 4,6%. So for the processing of fresh fruit bunches must be processed immediately for no increase in ALB that can reduce the quality of oil that will be generated. ALB levels based on standard operating procedures is less than 3,5%.en_US
