dc.description.abstractThe lead (Pb) content in the Supermi (Noodle) was produced by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk was analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometric method. Noodle was produced that made from wheat-flour dough, with or without addition substances, dried, specific formed noodle and cook in boil water for 4 minutes. The measurement of lead (Pb) content in the noodle with Chicken Broth Flavor has been using wet digestion method. The solvent was HNO3 concentrated and HCl concentrated then analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer at the wavelength, λ specific = 217,0 nm. Respective all data of Lead content ware calculated by using standard-curve of Lead-square method were ploted the absorbance of Lead standard solution versus concentration. The result of analysis showed the Lead concentration. In the noodle with Chicken Broth Flavor which produced by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmuren_US
