Penentuan Kadar Asam Siklamat dalam Minuman Ringan Ion Tubuh Sweat secara Spektrofotometri

Abstract

Analysis the level of cyclamate acid in soft drink of Ion Tubuh Sweat with spektrofotometry UV/Visible method was carried out in a long manner the wave 314 nm. From data was received standart solution of cyclamate acid’s absorbance as 0,1148 and sample Ion Tubuh Sweat’s absorbance as 0,0426 , from the calculation of area per area was received level of cyclamate acid as 0,3606 g/kg, that according with Department of the health’s RI No 722/MenKes/Pu/iX/1988 that soft drink Ion Tubuh Sweat followed standart of using cyclamate acid, it didn’t excess from limit that was banned as 3 g/kg
