dc.description.abstractOil yield from Kernel are CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil), in the CPKO are included fat, protein, fibre,water, and some of the other component that influence the quality of the oil, some of the other important parameters that is able to influence the quality of the quality of crude palm kernel oil, i.e., including concentration of free fatty acid, impurities, moisture and iodine value. Inspection process analitically had been done with some of the quality parameters crude palm kernel oil which yield by extraction method with n-hexan and is compared with the quality of crude palm kernel oil which yield by factory process. Based on analysis of Crude Palm Kernel Oil which getting on 19-29 Januari 2009, the results of analysis Oil Content are 41.86%; 42.10%; and 42.07%., Free Fatty Acid (FFA) are 4.50%; 4.54%; and 4.50%, Iodine Value are 17.62%; 17.34%; and 17.78%, Moisture are 0.31%; 0.42%, and 0.38%, Impurities are 0.005%; 0.003%; and 0.004%. The result of Quality Crude Palm Kernel Oil from Extraction with n-Hexana have fulffiled standard quality specification of MEOMA.en_US
