Gonclusion: There is a corelation in RANKL expression with bone destrustion teveland comptic*ien with significant value of p < 0,05. TFtere is no conelatiqn between RANKL expression with any group of age and gender (p> 0,05)

Metods Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan disain cross secfuonal dengan iumlah sampel 4O ko{esteatoama yang dilakukan penerlksaa* imunohistokimia untuk menilai eksprest RAAIKT pada kolesteatoma.

Kesirnpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara ekspresi RANKL dengan derajat destruksi tulang dan komplikasi yang terjadi dengan nilai yang signifikan (p<0,05} Tidak terdapat huhungan antara ekspresi RANKL dengan tiap kelompok u{nur danienis ke}amin (p>0,O5)
