dc.description.abstractAn analytical had been conducted on palm kernel expeller oil extraction from three different extraction. Concentration of Palm Kernel Oil is 7,44 %, 8,03 %,and 7, 67 %. Concentration of free fatty acid is 33,68 %, 35,89 %, and 34,36 %. Iodine value is 17,59 gram I2/100 gram, 17,64 gram I2/100 gram, and 17,72 gram I2/100 gram. Concentration of moisture is 0,18 %, 0,25 %, and 0,22 %. Concentration of impurities is 0,003 %, 0,005 %, and 0,003 %. Based on analysis is still to fit with quality standart The Malayan Edible Oil Manufactured Association (MEOMA).en_US
