Analisa Kehilangan Minyak (Oil Losses) pada Fiber Hasil Pengepressan dan Cangkang dengan Metode Ekstraksi Sokletasi

Abstract

Oil Losses in pressing the palm is still avoided, and lose the oil that stick in fibre and shell of palm after processing in pressing machine. The analysis process of oil losses purpose to know the oil losses of fibre and shell percentase, where the sample which analyzed is taken from screw press I-IV and the analyze method that used is soxhletation extraction where the percentase of oil losses in each screw press of fibre are 4,02 %, 3,74 %, 3,84 %, and 3,72 %, while in shell is 0,52 %.
