dc.description.abstractHas conducted trials identification of bacteria Escherichia Coli to raw materials amylum maydis (corn starch) in microbiology test that is testing the total plate count and microbial limit test.amylum maydis (corn starch) abundant in corn kernels.test results obtained on total plate count colony contained 40 cfu/g to see the red brick while the microbial limit test is not obtained bacterium Escherichia Coli in the existence of dark blue iridescent metallic luster.in accordance with the standard edition of V pharmacopeia raw materials amylum maydis on total plate count test colonies of no more than 10-150 cfu/g and microbial limit test is not obtained bacterium Escherichia Coli.en_US
