Abstract

Palm Kernel Oil production that fulfill quality standard must be according to content norms in the oil. Palm Kernel Oil produced based on oil content that found on its feedstock, it’s palm kernel. To maximize the result of palm kernel oil, oil content that found on palm kernel must be determined before and the waste product refuse (Palm Kernel Meal) which still contains oil. Also must be known that the oil content has fulfilled the standard or hasn’t. Oil quality standard that found on palm kernel is 49,00 – 52,00 % and the waste product refuse (Palm Kernel Meal) is 9,00 – 9,50 %.
