A preliminary test of shacet honey X has been done based on some of honey quality
condition according SNI 01-3545-1994. The result of the experiment showed that glucose
content of shacet honey is 55,4876% and sucrose 2,5113%. The determination water
content of honey is 19,6% and determination ashes content of honey is 0,0276%. While
sourness and solid unsoluble on of each honey are 80,7333 ml and 0,50 %.
