dc.description.abstractAnalysis has been carried out on the water content gravimetrically sprite product with Brix variation. This method is based on the principle of weight loss at 1050C heating is considered as the water content contained in the sample. Samples taken in the production process of different sprites in the bottle then measured brix value. Brix samples with different variations and then measured the water content. Water content obtained in the standard Brix ± 97%. The result obtained is adjusted with the value of SNI 01-2891 - 1992 on the water content in a beverage product and the results have met the standard.en_US
