Abstract

It has been done the determination of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) and moisture CPO from tank analyzer in PTP. Nusantara IV PKS Dolok Ilir. Free Fatty Acid (FFA) is determined by acidbase titration method and Moisture is determined by the oven method. The result of analysis obtained for Free Fatty Acid is about 4,80-5,18% and Moisture is about 0,135-0,23%. From the result of analysis that, the Free Fatty Acid and Moisture in CPO from tank analyzer in PTP. Nusantara IV PKS Dolok Ilir still to satify the standart of oil quality for Free Fatty Acid in CPO is according to norm, the maximum is 5,0% FFA and Moisture is 0,30%.
