Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Karyawan pada Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan pada PT. Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Batam

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the variable influences job satisfaction and employee commitment to the Organization against turnover intention employees at PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Batam. This research is a type of associative research of empirical research, methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods. The population in this research is the employees at PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Batam of 83 people. Based on the results of the data processing by using the method of multiple linear regression with SPSS software, free varibel (job satisfaction and employee commitment to the Organization) together have a positive and significant influence against variables bound (turnover intention) and the level of significance (α) = 5%. shows that job satisfaction effect positively and significantly to turnover intention, variable commitment of employees in the organization and significant negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction and employee commitment to the organization by silmutan positive effect on Turnover intention.. Job satisfaction is the most dominant factors affecting turnover intention employees at PT.Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia Batam.
