The determination of free fatty acid (FFA) and moisture contents have been done in palm kernel that just produced with palm kernel that stored during a week and two weeks. From result of analysis, obtained data of free fatty acid content from palm kernel that just produced and that stored during a week and two weeks that’s 0,30; 0,65 and 0,83. whereas, data of moisture content from palm kernel that just produced and that stored during a week and two weeks that’s 7,18; 7,68; and 8,24.
