Abstract

The oil residue determination of empty bunches palm at PTPN IV Unit Usaha Mayang. The oil residue determination was done by continuous extraction method. Sampling was done manually or continuously at the time of processing. Percentage of oil palm residue which is on the empty bunches is 1,66 – 1,76 %. The percentage of oil residue has been analyzed, it doesn’t exceed the norm standard of the empty bunches that is equal to 1,88 %.
