dc.description.abstractIt has been conducted research about the creating block board made of residual wood part of timber tree (Shorea acuminate DYER) and triplex wood as a clamp with alcohol adhesive brand polyvinyl into a block wood in economical produced, ‘Powered and familiar environmental. Variation comparison in sample composed volume of triplex 100%, variation weight residual of timber tree wood: adhesive alcohol polyvinyl brand 95: 5, 90: 10, 85: 15, 80: 20, 75: 259%. The residual Part of timber tree wood and triplex was cleaned by alcohol. The residual wood part was shaved in the same thick (0.5 cm) and also the triplex with thick of 0.5 cm. Further, the residual wood part was arranged according to the composition variation to make. The sample then pressing down by a hot press. The output sample shall be separated for testing. In order to know the characteristics of block board, there should be done a fuses testing comprising its density, water absorbability. Stil, done a mechanical testing comprising of a diffraction test, its impact power, suppress, and pulling force. In order to know the alteration of critical temperature of bloc wood as produced it has been conducted DTA thermal analysis. From the result of density testing, obtained 0.57 kg/m3 through 0.67 kg/nt. The result testing in rate of diffraction force obtained 2229.825 N/m2 through 3240.656 Nim’. The result of testing pulling force is 620.579 N/m2 though 935.236 N/m’. The result in testing pressure force is 11.7 N/m2 though 18.1 N/m’. The rate for its impact force rate obtained 13870 Kj/m2 through 33000 Kim’. For testing its DTA there was conducted in composition 80: 20 % obtained its endothermic 80° C and exothermic 310° C, such matter was done to know either existing the calorie absorbed and calorie in released. The result of research indicated that rate of fuses nature and mechanical in each block as obtained fulfilling its standard JIS A - 5908 - 2003 and standard SNI 03-2105- 2006. In treat all as obtained has fulfilled standard already as determined.en_US
