dc.description.abstractAspartame level has been determined on alangsari samples by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (KCKCT) method. Using columns: C18, 4,6 x 250 mm; Particle size 5 μm; Mobile phase acetonitrile and sodium buffer solution dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate (NaH2PO4.H2O) pH 2.6 ratio 17,5: 82,5, flow rate 1 ml / min, injection volume: 20 μL and PDA detector 200-400 nm. From the results of the analysis, found in samples of alangsari flavor of lemon and honey with aspartame content according to packaging etiquette is 80 mg / kg. In the alangsari of lime flavor there is 80,024 mg / kg aspartame, whereas in alangsari flavor honey orange there is level of aspartame 82,360 mg / kg. According to SNI "Health Drink" has a limit of aspartame consumption of 5500 mg / kg, so aspartame content is present in alangsari meet the quality requirements.en_US
