Abstract

The determination of free fatty acid content on RBDPO (Refining Bleaching Deodorizing Palm Oil) RBDPOL (Refenery Bleaching Deodorizing Palm Olein) using Alkalimetric Titration with Standard Solution NaOH 0.02505. From the analysis result obtained free fatty acid content at RBDPO equal to 0,076% and RBDPOL equal to 0,069%. From the results of the analysis has met the quality standards of free fatty acids content is a maximum of 0.1%.
