dc.description.abstractObservations have been made regarding the effect of oil palm storage time on moisture content and peroxide numbers for 1 month. From some data obtained for the water content that is in the first week 0.3110%; Second week 0.3084%; Third week o, 3108%; Fourth week 0.3089% and for peroxide number ie in the first week 0.3240 meq/kg; Second week 0.6110 meq/kg; Third week 1.3491 meq/kg; Fourth week 1.9774 meq / kg. According to the director general of plantations, the maximum levels of volatile substances (water) on palm oil oil is 0.5% and maximum peroxide number in palm oil is 6 meq/kg.en_US
