dc.description.abstractHas conducted a study analysis of water content, free fatty acid content, content of peroxide value on vco (virgin coconut oil) from sakinah pharmacies medan helvetia gravimetrically and tritimetric. Of water content obtained from a sample of the vco 0,12 %, free fatty acid content obtained from a sample of the vco 0,81 % , and the content of peroxide value obtained from a sample of the vco 1,59 %. Results of the analysis showed that the of water content, free fatty acid content, content of peroxide value not exceeding a predetermined limit Nasional Standardization Board SNI 7381 : 2008 neighbour maximum limit agricultural output in vco ( Virgin Coconut Oil).en_US
