Skrining Fitokimia dan Analisa Kromatografi Lapis Tipis Komponen Kimia Biji Durian (Durio zibethinus) dalam Ekstrak Metanol dan N-Heksan.

Abstract

The phytocemical screenings and analysis of chemical compounds in methanol and hexane extracts of Durian seeds (Durio zibethinus) with thin layer chromatography (TLC) has been carried out. Durian seeds (Durio zibethinus) extraction is done by repeated maceration using n-hexane solvent to extract obtained translucent color. And residue of used n-hexane durian seeds macerated subsequently extracted repeatedly with methanol to extract obtained translucent color. Thus obtained % yield which is to extract samples obtained n-hexane 0.49 % and the methanol extract obtained 1.91 %. The isolated compounds in methanol and nhexane extracts were identified by phytochemical screenings methode that is done by using various color test reagent, and to test the assertion made thin layer chromatography (TLC) methode. The result showed the presence of alkaloid, flavonoid, tanin, saponin, steroid and terpenoid in methanol extract, and the presence of steroid and terpenoid in n-hexane extract.
