dc.description.abstractIn the process of refining CPO in Crude Oil Tank (COT), the determination of the optimum temperature is one of the most important thing. The optimum temperature serves to lower the water content in the CPO. Water content is too high, may cause hydrolysis reaction resulting in CPO formation of free fatty acif (FFA), which greatly affects the quality of CPO, so the next process process is difficult to obtain highquality cooking oilen_US
