dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of GCG (Good Corporate
Governance), Ability, and Organizational Culture to the Employee Performance
PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sunggal. Population of this research is all employees of
PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sunggal the totaling 70 employees. The sample method
is using nonprobability sampling or method of sampling jenuh. The samples in
this research were 70 employees of PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sunggal. Analysing
the data using data processing software statistical SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The
analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression.
The result showed that simultaneously of GCG (Good Corporate Governance),
Ability, and Organizational Culture has positive and significant effect Employee
Performance PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sunggal. The partial test showed that both
GCG (Good Corporate Governance), Ability, and Organizational Culture has
positive effect and significant towards Employee Performance PDAM Tirtanadi
Cabang Sunggal. Organizational Culture variables have a dominant influence on
Employee Performance PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Sunggal
The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.681 means that 68,1% variable
performance of your employees can be explained by the variable GCG (Good
Corporate Governance), Ability and Cultural Organization, while the remaining
31,9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. | en_US |
