dc.description.abstractWater value in palm kernel have been analyzed using Moisture Balance and oil value in palm kernel using Extraction Soxhletation in PTPN IV Medan from January 30th, 2012 untill February 14th, 2012. The result that the water value in palm kernel is abouth6.693% and oil value in palm kernel is abouth 48,09%. The water level in palm kernel is qualisied the standart qulity that made in goverment that are 7%-8% and oil value in palm kernel oil qualisied the standart quality that made in government that are 42%-52%.en_US
