    Abstract
    Analysis has been conducted on the effect of temperature on free fatty acid levels at Palm Plant PT.Multimas Nabati Asahan.Penelitian aims to observe and determine levels of Free Fatty Acids. Include free fatty acid levels during the month of February 2012 . Results of analysis showed that the temperature and free fatty acid levels at Palm Plant PT.Multimas Nabati Asahan February 2012 controlled and consistent with established quality standards. The results indicate the following analysis: Levels of Free Fatty Acid = 3.25 to 3.40% and temperature = 55-65%.
