In general, in major cities happen growing population and economic growth very rapidly, thus increasing the settlements, transport, and industry in order to meet the needs of humanity in the form of facilities and infrastructure. In addition, technological advances achieved by man in an attempt to improve the quality and comfort of life had a positive impact and negative. The positive impact in the form of damages for the environmental balance. One of the negative effects, namely the difficulty to obtain good quality and clean air. The quality of indoor/good building is one of comfort that can be achieved with good planning opening system, so that it meets the required air exchange. The current study examined the relation- ship between the concentration indoor-outdoor affected by the combined effect of the time pattern in concentration outdoor, ventilation, and emissions in the room. The mathematical approach used to evaluate the ratio of indoor-outdoor involves mass balance model that calculates the ratio of indoor-outdoor while. Then if there is a relationship between air quality indoor-outdoor. In this study the use of oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) as a substance or element compounds.
