Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capability and Discipline Employees Working on the performance of PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province on planning division division division engineering equipment and prevention of water loss .. This research was explanatory. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province on the planning division, the division of engineering equipment and water loss prevention division. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis, the independent variable, namely the ability and the Discipline of work and the dependent variable is the performance. The results showed simultaneously Ability and Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the partial test shows that the variable positive and significant capabilities, and variable work Discipline positive and significant effect on the performance of PDAM Employees Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province on 3 divisions. Results of testing the coefficient of determination () the obtained value of Adjusted R Square of 32.4%, the performance of employees at PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatra Province on division of planning, engineering equipment division and the division of water loss reduction can be explained by the ability and the Discipline of work. While the remaining 67.6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
