    Abstract
    The employees working accomplishment is urgently needed in a company. One of the effort to reach the employees working accomplishment is by doing the training activity, develoving and civilize the team work. PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan is accompany which is running in metal smelting industry has tried to improve the employees working accomplishment by doing kinds of trainings and development programs such as having a corporation to some universities and other organizations. Novertheless, these activities have not given a satisfying results yet as the aim of the company. Another things which is happened in PT. Alcofero Bintang Cernerlang Medan is lack of coordination and team work among units so that each unit works in itsown field and more focus on each targets and suty. The problem identifications are how far the team work, training and development program influence the employees working accomplishment in PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan: The hypothesis is team work, training and development program influence the employees working accomplishment in PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan. The Theory used is the human resource management theory, especially concern with team work, training and development program, and the working accomplishment. This research methodology is using the case study, the type is quantitative descriptive, and its characteristic is explanatory research. The data collection is using interview, questionnaires, and documentation study. The analysis data is using the multiple linier regression model. The population is all the employees of PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan, they are 98 (ninety eight) persons. The sampling method is using the Slovin Pattern and there are 79 (seventy nine) persons as the samples. The conclusion of this research is that simultaneously team work, traning and development program significantly influence the employees working accomplishment in PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan, and partially the working team variable influence highly significant to the employees working accomplishment PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan, and also traning and development program significantly influence the employees working accomplishment in PT. Alcofero Bintang Cemerlang Medan.
