Penentuan Bilangan Iodin pada Cocoa Butter Substitute (Cbs)

Abstract

Determination has been made of Iodine Value with titration methods in some Cocoa Butter Substitute (CBS) in PT. Palmcoco Laboratories, Medan. Results obtained from the average level of iodine value Cocoa Butter Substitute derives from Medan is 0,21 gr I2/100gr and from Kuala Tanjung is 0,29 gr I2/100gr.
