dc.description.abstractTo obtain a good quality of aviation fuel , one needs to do some analysis of them is , Merchaptan sulfur analyzer ASTM D - 3227 , ASTM D - 1840 Naphthalenes , Flash Point ASTM IP - 170 and Freezing Point ASTM D - 2386 . From the analysis conducted on the aviation fuel sulfur values obtained Merchaptan on 945 T - 16 ( 0.0003 % ) , 945 T - 17 ( 0.0005 % ) , 945 T - 18 ( 0.0003 % ) , 945 T -19 ( 0.0004 % ) . Value naphthalenes on 945 T - 16 ( 0.29 % ) , 945 T - 17 ( 0.40 % ) , 945 T - 18 ( 0.54 % ) , 945 T - 19 ( 0.51 % ) . Freezing point at 945 T - 16 ( - 60oC ) , 945 T - 17 ( - 55oC ) , 945 T - 18 ( - 56oC ) , 945 T - 19 ( - 53oC ) and flash point at 945 T - 16 ( 47oC ) , 945 T - 17 ( 43oC ) , 945 T - 18 ( 44oC ) , 945 T - 19 ( 42 ° C ) , the results of the analysis can be seen that the resulting jet fuel meets the standards and specifications established by the Director General of Oil and Gas , so it is guaranteed quality of aviation fuel , safety and deserves to be marketeden_US
