Pengaruh Penambahaan H2so4 terhadap Pehilangan Zat Alkali pada Pengolahan Air Di PT. Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan-Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The removal of alkali has been done on water that is in use at PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit. Alkali removal process performed by the addition of sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as much as 17 liters / hour. Alkali levels were obtained before the addition is 120 mg / l and after the addition of sulfuric acid is reduced to 62 mg / l. Alkali content is in compliance with quality standards that have been established which is equal to 60-68 mg / l
