dc.description.abstract | Water is the universal solvent, so that the other elements at a certain level can be dissolved in it.
Presence of other elements in the water can be useful if it does not exceed the limit established,
such as a metal lead (Pb) in water to cover the mucosal lining of the aquatic organisms, but if
thelevels of lead (Pb) exceeding the limit on the water will cause diseases to the human body,
such as anemia, abdominal pain, and brain damage. Analysis of lead (Pb) was conducted by using
sphektrofotometer DR-2010 and Dithizone. Maximum levels of lead (Pb) is determined by
Regulation of the Minister of Health is 0,01 mg/L. From the results obtained by the analysis of
lead levels ranged from 0,001 mg/L until 0,004 mg/L. Thus the levels of lead in water reservoir
Sunggal not cross the line in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No.
