Analisa Kadar Asam Benzoat yang terdapat pada Sirup Univit dan Univit Lysine dengan Metode Spektrofotometri UV

Abstract

Determination of benzoic acid in univit syrup and univit lysin using UV spectrophotometric method. The conclusion of this analysis showed that level of benzoic acid in univit syrup is 0,022% and in univit lysin syrup is 0,024%. This means that level of benzoic acid in the syrup is eligible in accordance with MA PPOM 35/OT/93, which is not less than 0,1%.
