Pengaruh Tekanan terhadap Presentase Oil Content pada Hasil First Press (AMPAS)
Abstract
The processing of palm kernel to CPKO (Crude Palm Kernel Oil) and PKM (Palm
Kernel Mill) by using a machine press is affected by several factors such as quality of
palm kernel, pressure, working system press machine. Has been observed the effect of
pressure on the oil content in which samples were taken from taper head at a pressure
of 60 – 85 A. Precentage oil content in the first press (oil cake) is 12,40 – 14,20 % in
which the percentage of factory standart is maximum 15 %.
