dc.description.abstractAnalysis has been carried out analysis of water content and free fatty acid levels (FFA) in palm kernel oil (PKO) in PT.Multimas Nabati Asahan. Analysis by the method of evaporation of water content and free fatty acid analysis performed by the method of titration with NaOH. Analysis of the results obtained respectively - are also the water content from 0.22 to 0.29%, and FFA levels were 1.34 to 2.37%. These data meet export quality standards set by ISO is 0.5% moisture content and FFA content is 5%.en_US
