dc.description.abstractThe research aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction in the Department Of Transportation Of North Sumatera Program Section. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires to respondents. The population of this research are employees Department of Transportation of North Sumatera. The sample in this research were 6 people employees in the program section. The results of this research indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of research on the work environment at the Department Of Transportation Of North Sumatera Program Section, in general it has been said to be good and conducive, as well as the results of research on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Transportation of North Sumatera Program Section which is good.en_US
