Rapid technological developments currently carries a significant impact on all aspects of human life. Currently the information and communication technology (ICT) is widely used in many fields, such as business, entertainment , government, education, health and of others. The world of education is one field that uses technology as a learning medium. This is done so that much easier to obtain information and knowledge. Psychiatry is the branch of medicine that has a lot glossary of terms, so as to learn a lot of the students of medical who are having difficulty. With the android-based learning application psychiatry is expected to improve the performance and knowledge of students in the faculty of medicine.
