Abstract

E-Learning is an electronics that acquires learning materials to suit their needs. ELearning is a type of teaching learning that allows the delivery of teaching materials to students by using internet media, intranet or other computer network media. Web-based is a system that can be accessed via internet or intranet, and at present it turns out more and more widely its usage. Many of the growing companies are using web-based applications to plan their resources and to manage their companies for a varienty of different purposes. Web-based E-Learning design in Mathematics Department FMIPA USU covers about how the delivery of modules or course materials of a lecture came to the students who follow a course in Mathematics Department FMIPA USU. With the E-learning is expected to help students to get the lesson of a course with an efficient time and can store it on a laptop or computer respectively
