dc.description.abstractHas done research on the levels of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) on Crude Coconut Oil (CNO) and Coconut Fatty Acid Destillate (CFAD) in PT. PALMCOCO laboratories. Samples studied are from Semarang, Surabaya and Jakarta. The method used in determining the free fatty acid levels in the CNO and CFAD is the volumetric. From the results of research on the content of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) derived from Semarang CNO 4.207%, 3.816% of Surabaya and Jakarta 4.512% of Free Fatty Acids while on CFAD from Semarang 76.777%, 72.969% from Surabaya and from Jakarta 78.789%.en_US
