    Abstract
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Inferior Vena Cava Distensibility Index (IVCDI) and Cerebral Oxygenation (rSO2) on the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) after Craniotomy Tumor Removal in the ICU. Method: This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study design. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 subjects who underwent Craniotomy Tumor Removal with postoperative care at the ICU. Subjects were selected by consecutive sampling. Blood pressure measurements were performed to obtain the MAP value, then 2 hours postoperatively, an IVCDI examination with ultrasonography was performed and an rSO2 examination using INVOS Medtronic® was performed. The data were tested using the dependent T test method if normally distributed, and the Mann Whitney test method if not normally distributed. The data is considered significant if the p value < 0.05. Results: Of the 12 research subjects, most of them were women with a mean age of 45.33 ± 14.34 years. The MAP in this study was found to be 67.66 ± 1.82. the characteristics of the right rSO2 mean 70.66 ± 2.99 while the left rSO2 averaged 70.08 ± 3.50. MAP in this study was found to be 67.66 ± 1.82 p value <0.05, statistically there was a significant relationship between IVCDI and MAP. The mean right rSO2 of 70.66 ± 2.99 with MAP in this study found an average of 67.66 ± 1.82 obtained a value of <0.05, statistically there is a significant relationship between right rSo2 and MAP. This is the same as the characteristic left rSO2 with a mean of 70.08 ± 3.50 with a MAP of 67.66 ± 1.82, a value of < 0.05, statistically there is a significant relationship between left rSO2 and MAP. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the Inferior Vena Cava Distensibility Index (IVCDI) and Cerebral Oxygenation (rSO2) on the Mean Arterial Pressure (MAP) after Craniotomy Tumor Removal in the ICU
