dc.description.abstract | Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) ,s sofhnare provided by the
government to motgrialize its expectation in implementing goo* and service
procurement ffictively and fficiently bssed on the principle of e-procurement.
Commencing in 2012, all govemment agencies in Indonesie we required to use the
SPSE' as et means af goods and servica proe,arement. Therefore, a reliahle SPSE with
good performance is ne e ded.
The purpase of this study was to improve the pedarm$rtce of the SP,SE
implemewed at tfu {Jntversity of Sumatera {Jtora, in terms of response time and
throughput values, through several dffirent fesfs using Apaehe JMeter with the
variation af increasi,rtg the rrumbers of users wha simultqneousfu arxl evenly'
distributed aecess tke system. The test pet'ormed inclades Compnent Test and

and Java Virfiml Machine Thc value gained for the improvement of performance of SPSE from the
