Pengaruh Tekanan dan Waktu Perebusan terhadap Kehilangan Minyak pada Air Kondensat di Stasiun Perebusan dengan Menggunakan Sistem Tiga Puncak ( Triple Peak ) di PTPN IV Pabatu-Tebing Tinggi

Abstract

Sterilization is the first process in palm oil, which the big influential toward furthermore process. This process is decision for good or not quality one quantity result in a factory. Sterilizing is done by flowing the steam with different pressure and time the higher pressure the more steam will be used. The percentage average of oil content in condensate water in laboratory PKS Pabatu-Tebing Tinggi are : 0,50%. The pressure used in 2.73 kg/cm2 and time used is 80 minute. And the triple peak system is a good sterilizer system used.
