Abstract

Currently education is a very important requirement. Rapid technological developments, requires people to do the application in order to achieve progress in all fields of technology. With the rapid advancement of technology education system can be done through the internet is called e-learning. E-learning is developed for the benefit of the teaching and learning activities that require the scope of efficiency in terms of cost, power, distance and time. Not only that, e-learning is also an application that allows the people involved to participate no less active as the instructional manual. Thus, e-learning aims in the learning meudahkan without having to meet in person and fairly requires an internet connection for those who wish to access it. With the application of e- Learning Systems In D3 Program Information Engineering University of North Sumatra can be easier to obtain course materials. Previous students quite difficult to get the modules lecture material. With this application, students can easily download the modules that have been uploaded in accordance with the wishes of the lecturer.
