| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT
This thesis addressed about searching method of around, that can be used to develop
the quality and existention of nursing, that to fulfill the limits compatible based on
the statement and regulation that can be valid for them. The suitable development
method feasible a real method, can be used to find the optimal solution in integer,
the difficulty to find the optimal solution is it can’t find the guaranted, if the aim
of function is not linier and the big problem, so the solution need to use algoritma.
That can find the proper resulting. One of the suitable method is heuristic, by
using this method can find the strategy for searching process in state of space, which
showing the searching process, that be done around the way that probably having the
big success and avoid the useless effort and spending a lot of time. The advantage
of heuristic method. Can be solved the searching problem by getting the result more
variation to use the time shorter and 30% faster and automatic timetable which
can’t limit for one problem comparing with method conventional so that preference
more intensive for balancing to work and the personality welfare.
