The quality of water is determined by various parameters, including the levels of iron and ammonia levels. Determination of iron and ammonia levels performed UV-Vis spectrophotometer in which to iron levels performed at a wavelength of 510 nm and the ammonia is carried out at a wavelength of 425 nm where the measurement results expressed in mg / L. Results obtained by analysis of iron and ammonia levels in the river industrial area (rivers Juanda 3.483 mg / L, 2.105 mg / L and the River Battle of 3.53 mg / L, 2.656 mg / L) and non-industrial area of the river (river Sembahe 0.1048 mg / L, 0.098 mg / L and rivers Blue-blue 0.174 mg / L, 0.107 mg / L). The data indicate that an increase in iron content and ammonia content of non-industrial area of the river to the river industrial park. River located in the non industrial area (rivers and streams Sembahe Blue-blue) had higher levels of iron and ammonia is below the threshold standard set forth in Government Regulation no. 82 Year 2001, while the rivers in the industrial area (rivers and streams Juan Battle) had higher levels of iron and ammonia exceeded the threshold standards set out in Government Regulation no. 82 Year 2001.en_US
